Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
